Program Description

The Asaderos Supermarket Weekly Text Deals program sends recurring promotional text messages. Messages may include weekly sales flyers, grocery specials, produce deals, meat-market offers, restaurant promotions, coupons, seasonal promotions and store announcements.

Enrollment and Consent

By voluntarily enrolling, you authorize Asaderos Supermarket to send recurring promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number submitted and are authorized to enroll that number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, generally up to five promotional messages per month. Additional messages may be sent when you request information or interact with the program.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive promotional messages from this program unless you enroll again. Other recognized opt-out words may include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT.

Rejoining

After opting out, you may reply START or complete the enrollment process again to request future messages.

Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network operation.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes. Operational service providers may process information solely to provide the messaging program.

Program Changes

Asaderos Supermarket may modify, suspend or discontinue the program at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
